Terms of service
By using Cruitive, you agree to these Terms of Use. Here we describe the rules and guidelines that apply to the use of our recruitment platform.
These Terms of Use ("Agreement") apply between Cruitive AB (Cruitive), org.no. 559166-2159 and you who have registered your CV through a job application or created a profile in our service.
When you have registered a candidate account, you are registered as a candidate with Cruitive and Cruitive will provide services to you in order to give you the opportunity to search for and find work.
By accepting the Agreement in connection with your registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Agreement.
Candidate Account
By creating the candidate account, you verify that all information you have provided about yourself, including the information in your CV, is correct and up to date.
You must choose a unique, confidential, and personal password which, together with the username (your email address), provides access to the candidate account. The right to the candidate account may never be transferred to anyone other than you.
It is your responsibility to handle passwords, user information, and other important information from Cruitive securely so that these cannot fall into the wrong hands or be misused in any other way.
You are responsible for not leaving the computer unattended while you are logged into the candidate account and otherwise exercising particular caution regarding the handling of the password.
Use of the Candidate Account
When using your candidate account, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations and Cruitive's instructions. You must also adhere to generally accepted ethical and moral values and not upload material to the account that may be offensive, cause annoyance, infringe on others' intellectual property rights, encourage crime, or that may be considered disruptive in any other way.
You may not use the services in ways that cause inconvenience or damage to Cruitive or others.
You are solely responsible for all information that you upload and communicate through the candidate account.
Cruitive reserves the right to freely remove profiles and specific application documents that Cruitive considers to contain inappropriate material, be offensive, and/or violate the Agreement, Swedish law, and/or infringe on others' intellectual property rights, without compensation and without warning.
Cruitive's Provision of the Candidate Account
The candidate account is normally available 24 hours a day, every day of the week. However, Cruitive does not guarantee that the candidate account is always free from errors, interruptions, or "bugs" during this time. You are also aware of and accept that access to the candidate account is dependent on and affected by, for example, network quality, Internet providers, and third-party server and data performance.
From time to time, Cruitive performs maintenance on and upgrades to its systems, which may result in interruptions, delays, or errors in the provision of the candidate account.
Cruitive is not responsible for disruptions, interruptions, delays, maintenance downtime, failures regarding online services, or other problems that may occur and/or arise in the operation and thus in the candidate account.
Liability
Under no circumstances shall Cruitive be liable for consequential or indirect damages such as loss of profit, loss of data, or losses in connection with the use or non-use of the candidate account. Cruitive shall only be liable for damages that are due to Cruitive's own fault and assumes no liability for any third party's action or failure to act. Cruitive is not in any case responsible for damages or losses incurred by you that are due to Cruitive's obligation to comply with applicable laws and regulations, actions or omissions of authorities, war, accident, natural disaster, strike, blockade, or other similar circumstances, regardless of whether Cruitive is behind such circumstances or is subject to them.
Termination
The Agreement is valid until further notice. You have the right to terminate your candidate account and thereby terminate the Agreement with immediate effect at any time. If you want to exercise your rights, send an email to gdpr@cruitive.com. When Cruitive has received the email from you, you will be contacted by Cruitive for identification (e.g., e-signing or similar). Cruitive has the right to terminate the Agreement and/or cease to provide the candidate account at any time.
Cruitive has the right to block your account if:
it comes to Cruitive's knowledge or Cruitive otherwise has reasonable cause to believe that you are using or will use the candidate account in violation of the Agreement or otherwise against applicable law or regulation, there is reasonable cause to fear that your candidate account has been or will be misused, if you have not provided correct, complete, and up-to-date information to the account.
Changes to the Terms
Cruitive has the right to change the Agreement at any time and will notify you of any updates. If you use your candidate account after a change has been notified to you, you are bound by the new Agreement.
The Agreement shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law without regard to its rules on choice of law. Disputes arising from the Agreement shall be settled by Norrköping District Court in the first instance.
